Water day party at day care

Hands in the bucket getting a glass of water to throw at a friend.

They all liked spraying each other with water. My son looks so skinny.

$th of July parade at the day care

I am not sure if Timothy was happy to be there doing it or not.

6 months in pictures

A whole year

Boy am I bad it has been a whole year since I posted. So much for trying to document our lives. Not even sure what to say except it has been a busy year.

December - we left Christmas day to go to Florida for a visit to Matthew's family and Mickey's house. Timothy had his reservations at Disney but quickly began to have a great time and did not want to leave. We saw lots of characters and he went on many rides with dad and mom. We also got to spend some quality time with Matthew's mom, grandparents and his sister and her family.

My mom gave us a week at a timeshare right on the coast and Matt and Timothy loved the beach and waking around. Timothy got to tie die shirts with dad and swim in the saltwater pool and even feed the birds on the beach with his cousins. All in all it was a great trip.

February - we celebrated Timothy turning 4 going to a bouncy place near by. He really had a great time and has many good friends from school and the neighborhood who came to celebrate with us. He also got lots of nice gifts, some people are way to generous.

May - We went to visit Matthew's dad memorial day week in NC. Grandma got to show off her grandson at the bank she works at. Grandpa got to take him to Wal-mart for him to pick out some toys to bring home. We went to a small beach and Timothy got to play at a large playground there too. It was a nice trip. On the way home we stopped in Metropolis IL the home of Superman. We went to the superman museum and got to see lots of memorabilia from many superman shows and movies. Mom and dad liked it. Timothy liked the large superman in the town square.

June - Timothy and I took the day off and went to Milwaukee to visit one of my dear friends and her kids. We had got together last summer so the kids all knew each other. They had a great time playing together while us moms got to catch up. We went to the zoo and had fun until the torrential downpour. Luckily we were in a building, we tired to wait it out but it was not letting up so we all got soaked making it back to the front of the zoo and exit. We did have a lot of laughs and fun in the process. We have to do this more than once a year since I miss Courtney lots!

July - Well Timothy has been doing swim lessons and soccer lessons on Saturday for a month now. He really likes them. He is working on his fear of going under water. He is also learning soccer since that is what his girlfriend at school plays. YES he is way to young for that and I am trying to curb it as much as possible but 4 year old do not listen.

Well I have done an update for now. Matthew and I are doing well too. Both busy at work which is a good thing in this economy.

Love to all!

He did squirt guns with his cousins at his Aunt Patti's house for fathers day. They had lots of fun.

Our tomatos are bigger than Timothy

We have 3 plants bigger than he is. They all have so many tomatoes on them. I am boning up on how to can salsa, tomatoes and tomato sauce.

MMMM MMMM Good

Timothy got to try his first s'more at Nonna's farmers market. A friend of hers makes home made marshmallows. they were so yummy!

4th of July at Nonna and Nonno's house

We went to my moms house in Indiana for a long weekend. Timothy had lots of fun swimming with daddy in their pool. We also went to Brown County State Park where he got to do a pony ride where he got to pick out his pony. We also went to the Commons musieum where he got to put himself in a bubble which he really liked.

Grandma sent me such fun Lowes stuff

Matt's mom is sending little sets from Lowe's that Matthew and Timothy get to build together. Timothy really likes to do it. she also sent this cool smock that holds his tools. We are going to sew all of the patches on it soon.

So much for blogging regularly....

So I guess with life daily posting is not always possible. But now none since December...I am so sad. I am going to be working more regularly now to try and do this. In fact I am going to put it on my calendar so that I make a point to do something.

Here are some photos we took for Christmas.
